Disappointments pile up. And then you have to throw them out with the rest of the trash.

  6. "disappointment" is certainly the negative/destructive feeling which we should not allow it dwell long. the sooner it's out of our mind, the better our daily life is.

  8. Trash tends to have a foul odor so I say dump it daily and forget about it. Can't let speed bumps set you back...keep moving forward and just find the lesson learned.

  11. If I stop expecting things to work out the way I want them too, and trust they will work out the way they are supposed to, then I won't be disappointed. Of course, when my buddy cancelled on golf last Friday, I wanted to choke him. So, it's a good theory. Good luck in practice.
