  1. ... And I keep telling my fantasy head friends this over and over when they ask why life does not treat them right! :)

  2. Makes so much sense and yet how often we proceed otherwise.

  3. I am setting sail on the waters of Reality in May when we head to NOLA (Geaux Tigers!!) to be with our daughter for a few days, and then on to Atlanta to put Rod's mother in a nursing home. Those waters are deep and cold.

  4. This seems to be a fitting aphorism because I had a final exam today and basically lost my oars in the waters of reality. Anyways another nice bit of wit and wisdom. I hope this comment goes through. I tried to comment on one last week and it didn't go through, but I think it was on my end. hmmm! Anyways keep them coming and I'll keep coming back and comment directly on your blog or via shoutbox.

  7. I think that if the ideal human life of my imaginations is not pricatically possible to live than that is not really an ideal one.

NP, I want to tell you I that have removed my blogs from B.C forum.

But I am glad that I memorise the urls of your blog therefore I hope I will have direct access to read your quotes.
Also I will be to see my other friends through your blog. InshaAllah.

  9. Excuse me, but I intend to test the breeze that blows through reality before raising my sails and catching the wind to drive my boat.

  10. I had a similar thought I wrote down the other way:
"You must use the oars that came with your boat." Too many people wish they had another boat or better oars...but we must row with what we have in this life...in whatever seas we find ourselves.
