ReplyDeleteI think this is basically true. People are born knowing how to think for themselves. If education were approached with this understanding, and taken with a grain of salt, maybe people would trust themselves to explore possibilities, instead of relying on what others tell them they should think.

This sentence sounds slightly familiar... indeed, I may have said something like it myself... maybe in another life.
ReplyDeleteUnless you lead them to explaining their point of views and listening to that of others and accepting and appreciating the differences. A teacher must never show her/his stance.
