How beautiful to touch another's soul with a word, a gesture, a thought.

  1. You beautifully express this truth. It is both amazing and humbling that something as simple as a word, gesture or thought can have this kind of impact. It is a secret power that we all possess.

  3. How beautiful indeed. And what's better is your originality. I Googled aphorism and there were tons of new sites with aphorisms but no one does what you do! We salute you tomorrow at Boomer Muse.

  6. What a beautiful statement, it is a nice thought that something we can say or do can effect another in a positive way. Really it must be one of the very most important parts of existing.

  9. I love that words do touch in a way that you can't do in any other way. I know that I've caressed many a soul with words in my life, and it truly leaves me humbled, and awestruck that my words can bring such feelings.

  12. I agree with others on the profound idea. It's unfortunate that a lot of times we never tell people when they have moved us in this way. A word of thanks is a nice touch.

    Thank you.

  15. Very true. Beautiful words, a kind gesture or a loving thought can transform into a beautiful song to other. "To handle yourself, use your head; to handle others, use your heart." - Eleanor Roosevelt on Relationship quotes
