This is one I love!!
ReplyDeleteSweet sentiment. I know most candidates produce plenty of 'fertilizer.' ;)
ReplyDeleteFlower baby--as we should all be.
ReplyDeleteI'm also on this side.
ReplyDeleteMe too! :-) - I love this!
ReplyDeleteVery sane and wise advice, NP! What keeps the flowers, also sustains us :)
ReplyDeleteAmen. Alas, what keeps the flowers growing is down a quart in politics these days....but with people like you and your fans out there, there is always hope....:)
ReplyDeleteNo man can be too nice about flowers, but criticism is another matter.
ReplyDeleteSo simple, yet takes time to comprehend "whatever keeps the flowers growing" Thanks Marty
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely sentiment. I regret that our political systems are an adversarial in nature as they are built upon the war model. It's appalling that we have not replaced them with more appropriate and effective decision-making models. We need to wake up and recognize that human beings are capable of making much better decisions through collaboration and cooperation, than they make through combat.
ReplyDelete"In Flanders Field the poppies grow..."
ReplyDeleteOur flowers are our children, the future of America. There is a saying in this country that "anyone can grow up to be President," but not without food, shelter, and a good education. It seems that the "very poor" are out of luck, eh?
Thanks for the sweet comment on my post, Marty. If you want to participate, send me a picture! I'll have more "kids" on Thursday.
Me too:)
ReplyDeleteWow Marty... I so love this one. I am going to print this one and also keep this as my email sig. You made my day :)
