War & Peace

We wage war on others when we're not at peace with ourselves.

  1. When we find peace within ourselves, we communicate the same to others.

  3. So true...but the million dollars question is "how to be at peace with oneself?" ("I'm", "NO, you aren't", "I AM!!!"...so we have wars :):))

  4. Hello, Paul... I think, maybe, if we read good books of (spiritual) yoga... maybe that would help us to find inner peace...

  7. True. Sometimes we tend to transfer that negativity inside of us without even knowing.

  10. It is very true, great one.

If only someone could explain that to the men who make wars.

  12. Besides, put it this way:

When we are at war with ourselves, how can we be at peace with others?

  13. Oh so true and I also like the way kunjmann stated it.

The same as how can you love another if you don't first love yourself.

  14. War is such a sad thing. This lack of inner peace perhaps is the seed of greed, which is the cause for most wars (as I see it).

  15. @ relationshipvoice,

So the lesson is love all the humanity equally, it definitely will give you peach of mind. Issues arise when we love some set of people more than others and are ready to be biased for them...
