If friendship isn't enough, what is? Money, power, all material things are like sugar: a nice rush, but then you just want more. Friendship is love, and if it doesn't matter enough, you're kinda screwed.

So true. It can also be said about love and happiness. They are the things that count. If they are not enough, material things like money and possessions will never be enough.
For me any mortal will hurt you, it's not that I don't have friends at all. But then they hurt you or disappoint you all the time. Just rely on the Lord All Mighty to be your one true loyal friend and you will never be disappointed.
