My daily aphorisms. Reflections on life, death, beauty, change, love, happiness, etc., written in a poetic and whimsical style.
What a sensuous quote to round off the week - lovely.
I loved that one! Carpe diem!
A stark truth. Life is a question. You can only live it in the now or as you say an answer. It continues to amaze me how you come up with new aphorisms each day that make me think or reminisce. Blessings.
Embracing each day at a time...
wow, love this one!!
If life is a question...then what is the answer that I must live? For me, the answer and the question both are too mysterious to entertain, much less embrace. You keep us thinking, my friend.
....I ask myself the same question everyday...."what am i going to learn today"...and the answer is what new thing i do learn that day.... :)
A hard thing to do without a certain amount of confidence and maturity.
Very good one NP! Love it :D
Great aphorism! I should remember it more often...
When we begin to understand that we have a short time here on earth, we start living to the fullest.Hope you have a great weekend Marty. Glad all is well. :)
Yes, very Zen-like, this is so true. Life IS a question. A mystery to be lived. The answer never comes because it is always available.
@Marty,Thanks so much for keeping me thinking. This latest aphorism is a great one IMO. Have a lovely weekend.
Good one, as usual.DB
Marty, do these come to you in a dream? What do you eat before you go to bed. It's got to be fish! Brain food!
Nothing if not profound.
Hmmmmmmmm, Life is so simple until we question
I'm going to pass this one around.thanks Marty
This one is brilliant! I love it!:)
I love this too! If you approach life with curiosity but are confident in how you deal with it, you are bound to go in the right direction!Always wonderful Marty--how do you do it? It's quite a talent, you know!
I love how this gives us permission to ponder, but lets us make no excuses for not doing.
Can't wrap my head around your thinking here. As a side note, most people are more interested in asking questions than hearing answers.
Life is full of unanswered questions, don't turn yourself bonkers by searching for an answer. Better spend time thinking how to make full use of our life and be good parents instead.
Hi there Marty ! This one is inspirational !
I'll share Frank's amazement. I'm often impressed by your smartness. I'm a big fan of your aphorisms -- ahhahha but I'm not the only one, I know.Kiss the tip of your nose.
