  5. Well, it depends, you've the "right to remind silent" during a concert, but you don't have the right to make any noise (unless you're one of the performing musicians), yet you're being treated equally when they throw you out! :):)

  7. The spirit of it, yes. BUT - there is that word "right", again, ultimately forcing equality by legal means.
    I think equality needs to be kept on a philosophical/moral plane - once "rights" get involved, some are inevitably going to end up more equal than others.
