Marty, it's been a while! I'm so happy to know you're still posting! And yes, we expect so many things from love and in the end forget to act with love.
Sometimes, the most effective way to say something is to leave all the flowery language out of it and just state it simply . . . and that is what you just did.
Excellent, Marty, and reading this I was reminded of a poem by Kahlil Gibran: “Love gives naught but itself and takes naught but from itself…For love is sufficient unto love.”
So well said Marty... Love is complete... Thanks again
ReplyDeleteLike the Beatles sang, all you need is love.

ReplyDeleteLove itself is a miracle and we forget about that too!
ReplyDeleteLove makes the world go round and round.
