ReplyDeleteAbsolutely. The less introspective I am, the more relaxed and alive I feel. You introduced me to that Fritz Perls aphorism: "Lose your mind and come to your senses." Yours pairs nicely with his :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's true for me sometimes. Other times, in order for me to take a vacation I can only use my mind. Getting lost in fun thoughts can be mini-vacations for me.
